Pocket Rocket Group worked with Alliance Leisure to provide a consultancy service in relation to framework competition. The purpose of this project was to supply information and intelligence that Alliance Leisure can use to make strategic decisions and plan forward for the next few years. 

Challenge

The construction industry, without expertise and knowledge, can be a minefield with various considerations in terms of frameworks and procurement processes. Nick’s background and experience enabled Pocket Rocket Group to provide a complete breakdown of each framework including; values, goals and direction of travel in order that Alliance Leisure can align in the right way. 

Solution

As well as providing a conclusion and recommendations for next steps, Pocket Rocket produced a comprehensive report giving Alliance Leisure insight into the 3 major frameworks within construction. 

The 24 page report detailed the following on each one of the frameworks  - 

• Performance - how they are performing across industry

• People - who’s who within the framework business in order to get to know them

• Positioning - how they like to go to market, how they do business

• Recommendations - how to combat, how to challenge, how to navigate.
