Disco with Active IQ
Back in October, we were privileged to deliver our DISCO workshop at the Active IQ team community day, hosted at Hilton Hotel in London's West End.
This session was specifically created for Active IQ to meet their business needs and with a bit of gold dust and scattering of sequins we led the team through a variety of value based activities - aligning their personal values with those of the business.
DISCO is designed to identify and layer individual personality traits over business values to create a strong structure for success. Building alignment and working to the same values is vital for growth in any business, and taking on board the importance of developing the human experience within the workplace, is an area that we have identified as a key driver for success.
